本アプリ「肝切除術前評価」は、ユーザー登録やアカウント作成を必要とせず、氏名・患者ID等の個人を特定できる情報を収集しません。アプリ内で入力された検査値および計算結果（計算履歴）は、お使いの端末内にのみ保存され、開発者や第三者のサーバーには送信されません。計算履歴はアプリ内でいつでも削除できます。
本アプリは、Google の AdMob による広告を表示します。AdMob は広告配信のために、広告識別子（IDFA 等）や端末情報などを取得・利用する場合があります。これらのデータの取り扱いは Google のプライバシーポリシー（policies.google.com/privacy）に従います。広告のパーソナライズ設定は、iOS の「設定 > プライバシーとセキュリティ > トラッキング」から変更できます。
iOS の App Tracking Transparency に基づき、トラッキングの可否を確認する場合があります。許可しない場合でも、アプリの機能は通常どおりご利用いただけます（表示される広告の関連性が下がる場合があります）。
開発者は、上記の広告配信（Google AdMob）を除き、ユーザーの情報を第三者へ提供しません。
本アプリは医療従事者向けの教育・参考目的の計算ツールであり、診療上の判断を代替するものではありません。

"Liver Resection Assessment" does not require sign-up or accounts and does not collect personally identifiable information (such as names or patient IDs). Lab values and calculation results (calculation history) entered in the app are stored only on your device and are never sent to the developer or any third-party server. You can delete the history at any time within the app.
This app displays ads via Google AdMob. AdMob may collect and use advertising identifiers (e.g., IDFA) and device information to deliver ads, governed by Google's Privacy Policy (policies.google.com/privacy). You can manage personalized ads under iOS Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking.
In accordance with Apple's ATT, the app may ask for permission to track. The app remains fully functional if you decline (ads may be less relevant).
Except for the advertising described above (Google AdMob), the developer does not share user information with third parties.
This app is an educational/reference calculation tool for healthcare professionals and does not replace clinical judgment.
